It is remarkable to see how companies are leveraging or planning to leverage their data capital to achieve various goals – improving customer experiences; expansion to new markets; increasing the productivity of employees, enhancing their digital journeys, and creating competitive advantage. Now with the influx of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IOT, this place will further be expanded and newer opportunities will be brought to light.
