SimpleCRM

Some people are led to entrepreneurship through surreal experiences. Indraneel Fuke, Founder and CEO, SimpleCRM took up a challenge from his professor at the IIM-Ahmedabad and dived into entrepreneurship. And there was no looking back. He founded SimpleCRM in 2014 — a customer relationship management software based out of Singapore, that helps companies optimize the way they reach potential customers, build a relationship with them, and maintain that relationship. For instance, SimpleCRM is helping Bajaj Capital with multi-channel marketing campaigns. Bajaj Capital is also using SimpleCRM for servicing tickets and capturing interactions of their clients and investors.  Indraneel tells us more about this implementation. And there are other customer examples too, in South East Asia and the Middle East.

SimpleCRM is an ISO 27001:2013 certified company that provides CRM and AI-Based solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises. The platform caters to the entire customer lifecycle journey through an automated and dynamic customer engagement and retention framework. It helps organizations target, convert, engage, serve, and provide customer delight.

Indraneel is a first-generation technology entrepreneur, who has been instrumental in building a unique CRM & Intelligent Automation low-code platform.

After completing his studies in India, Indraneel worked in the U.S. for almost a decade. He moved back to India to do a PGP course at IIM-Ahmedabad. It was here that the seeds of entrepreneurship were sown.

While there are established CRM players like SalesForce, ZohoCRM, EngageBay, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, how does SimpleCRM continue to win customers? Surely, it has something unique to offer. And Indraneel tells us what it is in this podcast.
