During an exciting media career that began in 1994, I had a front-row seat to the birth and scaling of digital technology — from the early days of PCs in India (1989), the phenomenal growth of India’s software and services industry, the dawn of the public Internet (1995) to the current frontiers of Cloud, Edge Computing, and agentic AI. Also, the evolution of India’s data center industry.
