Rob Sweeney, head of client coverage for the Consumer Retail and Healthcare Group in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, explains how the Internet of Things will empower shoppers and force companies to provide better products, services and experiences in what will extend a golden age for consumer choice.
