IBM Signs Mega Five-Year Deal With Vodafone Idea for Infrastructure to Enhance Customer Experience

History repeats itself. IBM signed a five-year agreement with Vodafone Idea Limited, India’s second-largest telecom player (by revenue) to improve customer services and customer engagement.
