Mphasis Unleashes the Next in Digital helpdesk with the launch of The Social Room, in collaboration with Soho Square

Bangalore, February 15, 2016 Mphasis, a leading IT services provider, along with their year old digital marketing partner Soho Square (an Ogilvy & Mather agency) today launched a digital helpdesk known as ‘The Social Room’. This always-on digital helpdesk:

  • provides digital strategy and GTM execution for Mphasis solutions and services
  • supports social immersion for Mphasis executives
  • co-manages social amplification of events, and
  • helps employees use digital channels effectively for thought leadership, brand building and e-recruitment.
